Join Redcliffe and Hollow Creek Staff to explore the history of distilled spirits at James Henry Hammond’s former plantations, methods of distilling in South Carolina, and the history of Prohibition in South Carolina. We’ll share stories from the plantation about alcohol, Temperance, and Prohibition while Hollow Creek pours tastes of their locally made spirits.

Program Includes 4 Tastings from Hollow Creek Distillery, Light Refreshments, and a Presentation by Redcliffe and Hollow Creek Staff.
