Find Your Reservation Number
Your reservation number is located at the top left of your emailed or printed confirmation. If you reserved your site online or by phone, a copy will have been sent to the email address provided.
The first part of the number is a 2, or is 8 digits long and begins with 19. The second part, separated from the first by a dash, is 6 or 7 digits long.
This number, combined with your email address, is used to find your reservation in the South Carolina State Parks reservation system.
Your Email Address
A valid email address is required to cancel your reservation online.
Enter the email address that was provided with your original reservation, whether online, by phone or at a park.
Email addresses are not upper/lower case sensitive. This means that capital and lower case letters are considered the same letter or character. For security, the characters (letters and numbers) entered in the email field must match the email address on your reservation - regardless of whether the letters of either are capitals or lower case.
You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation via email at this same address.

Camping Cancel & Change Policy
Cancellations
Charges assessed to campsite reservation cancellations are based on the amount of notice given in advance of the original Arrival Date. Assessed charges are as follows:
- 60+ Days from Arrival - No Charge
- 15 to 59 Days from Arrival - $10 Service Charge
- 4 to 14 Days - Forfeit 1st Night's Stay
- Within 3 Days of Arrival - Forfeits All Charges

Changes or Transfers
Changing a reservation by selecting a different site, guest name, or by shortening your reserved stay, incurs charges as follows:
- 7+ Days from Arrival - No Charge
- Within 6 Days of Arrival - $10 Service Charge
Changes and transfers prior to arrival require contacting the Reservation Desk.
Cabins & Villas Cancellation Policy
Cabin Cancellations
Charges assessed to Cabin and Camper-Cabin cancellations are based on the amount of notice given in advance of the original Arival Date. Assessed charges are as follows:
- 30+ Days from Arrival - $10 Service Charge
- 15 to 29 Days from Arrival - Forfeit 1st Night's Stay
- Within 14 Days of Arrival - Forfeit Deposit / No Refund
Villa Cancellations
Charges assessed to Villa cancellations are as follows:
- 60+ Days from Arrival - $10 Service Charge
- 30 to 59 Days from Arrival - $75 Administrative Charge
- 15 to 29 Days from Arrival - Forfeit 1st Night's Stay
- Within 14 Days of Arrival - Forfeit Deposit / No Refund

Day-Use Facility Policy
Cancellation
Charges assessed to day-use facility reservation cancellations are based on the amount of notice given in advance of the original reserved date. Assessed charges are as follows:
- 15+ Days from Arrival - No Charge
- Within 14 Days of Arrival - $10 Service Charge
- No Show - No Refund

Important Note: This policy is not applicable to Rental Facilities contracted by the Park. Contract terms apply to these reservations.
Reserved Parking Policy

- 3+ Days from Arrival - No Charge
- Within 2 Days of Arrival - No Refund

Hickory Knob State Park

Charges assessed to Lodge Room cancellations are based on the amount of notice given in advance of the original Arrival Date. Assessed charges are as follows:
- 30+ Days from Arrival - $10 Service Charge
- 15 to 29 Days from Arrival - Forfeit 1st Night's Stay
- Within 14 Days of Arrival - No Refund
