Event Details:
Join us for a brisk run through the park for the Santa's at Sesqui 5K race on Saturday December 12, 2026. The 5K course will take place on our loop trail and sandhills trail. It will lead you through the forest and out around the lake, mostly on unpaved surfaces. This 5K is for all runners, joggers, walkers, dog walkers (all dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 Ft and be non-aggressive). The Santa's at Sesqui 5K is open to everyone regardless of running skill, experience or ability. After the race we will have coffee, hot cocoa and smores to warm back up. Enhance your Christmas spirit with a festive workout, time spent with family and friends, and holiday cheer!
The Santa's at Sesqui 5K is $35 per participant and registration is required. Same day registration will not be available. Registration will close on December 11, 2026. If you are registering for more than one person, please add the name(s) of additional paid participants in the comment section.
Park admission is included with each race registration. Prizes and souvenirs will be awarded after the race.
Pets are welcome but must be on a leash at all times and be non-aggressive.
This race will occur rain or shine unless weather conditions are hazardous, and all participants will be notified in the event of cancellation.
