Why do leaves change color in the fall? Which trees make red leaves and which make yellow? Explore the science behind these mysteries as a Leaf Detective on Sulphur Springs Trail, using your leaf identification sheet and fun leaf games on the way to Mountain Lake. Meet at Shelter 6 for this 1 ½ mile easy to moderate walk.
This program is designed for ages 5 – 12, but all ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Limit 25.
Price is $6 plus park admission. Registration is required.
