Event Details:
Leap into the enchanting nighttime world of frogs and toads! After an indoor session uncovering the kinds found in our park and learning their calls, we’ll take a short walk in the park as evening settles in. This is prime time for frogs and toads to sing! If conditions are right, we may experience a frog chorus- a magical natural concert in our park after dark!
After the inside portion, participants will need to drive their personal vehicles to the Sculptured Oak Nature Trail south of the fishing pier. We will walk a very short distance down the trail and will provide red flashlights for safety. Bring a flashlight for walking to your car.
Registration Policy: This engaging program will only run with at least 5 people enrolled. We'd love to have you join us- invite a friend! Please ensure your confirmation has the correct program and date. We may ask to see the confirmation email upon arrival (screenshot or printed).
Park admission required.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given due to participant cancellations.
Weather Policy: Our programs will go on rain or shine, but we reserve the right to cancel scheduled programs for inclement weather which may include lightning, thunder, or other severe weather conditions that the staff deem potentially dangerous or unconducive to activities.
