Music on the Mountain presents a special, ticketed performance by four-time Grammy winning instrumentalist Andy Leftwich. Andy began playing the fiddle at the age of 6 and won the National Championship for Beginners at the age of 12. Adding mandolin and guitar to his repertoire, Andy started playing professionally at the age of 15. Andy completed a solo album, recorded two critically acclaimed albums as a member of the trio Three Ring Circle and built an impressive list of studio credits. He was also part of Ricky Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder for 16 years. Andy brings with him a collaboration of American fiddle music featuring bluegrass, country, swing, jazz, Irish and a mixture of classical influences, creating instrumental music that will both exhilarate and inspire the soul.
