Battle of Rivers Bridge

Event Details:

Join our park ranger for a fun and educational hike through nature and Civil War history. This program is for Daisies (ages 5-7), Brownies (ages 7-9) and Juniors (ages 9-11) and meets the following badge requirements:

• Daisy Trail Adventure Badge (100%)
• Brownie Hiker Badge (100%)
• Junior Trail Adventure Badge (33.33%)

The length of the program varies, as it will be shorter for Daises, but is a maximum of 3hours and 2.75 miles long. Meet at the Park office, only $5 per person, FREE for 3 and under.

What to bring:

• Bag/backpack
• Water (32-48oz)
• enclosed shoes and long pants
• Bug repellent
• Whistle
• Flashlight
• Brightly colored rain poncho
• First aid kit
• Trail map
• compass

Ranger Tip: small and light is the way to go!
