To get healthy, choose hikes, not hangovers this new years by joining us at Rivers Bridge State Historic Site!
Meet at the Pak Office, then drive to the Civil War battlefield to take a Ranger led tour through the 1/2-mile-long Battlefield trail. Unlike many battlefields, this one has remnants of the battle still on it. You will see the original Confederate earthworks and possibly even the pilons of the original bridge! This is a FREE tour/hike for all ages and dogs are welcome (so long as they are on a leash). The trail is easy though strollers with small wheels may have difficulty with roots and sand in some spots.
