Event Details:
Did you know that daily stretching and balance work can help your dog's overall endurance, strength, flexibility and joint health? Fitness work is excellent for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and abilities since it consists of low-impact exercises that build muscle over time. Over four weeks, each class will focus on a different theme- yoga, obstacles, fitness equipment, and balance.
Training is offered in 4-week increments that build on skills over time. The first session starts January 11 or February 8, but classes may also be taken individually as stand-alone sessions.
Our CBCC-KA/CPDT-KA instructor, Heather, will provide personalized guidance, ensuring each dog progresses at their own pace.
