Event Details:
South Carolina Parks, Recreation, and Tourism is proud to present the 9th annual Blue Wall Birding Festival, held in Upstate South Carolina from April 24 to 27, 2025. Our home base for the event will again be Table Rock State Park.
From there, we will branch out and bird some of the best hotspots for spring migration in northwestern SC. All trips will be led by knowledgeable local birders. Participation will be limited to 50 attendees in order to keep the field trip group sizes small, so sign up quickly as trips are first come/first served. When you register for the festival, you then will have two options for selecting your field trips.
The field trip destinations are listed below and full field trip descriptions can be read at http://www.gcbirdclub.org/BlueWallOutings.html After reading the descriptions, you can select your trips from that Blue Wall Birding Festival website that will email your trip choices directly to the park, OR if you choose to select your trips here, use the comments section of your registration to indicate your first and second choice for Friday and Saturday’s field trips. If interested in the Friday night nocturnal birding or an optional Sunday field trip, please put that in the comments section as well. Once your trip selections are made, PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE FROM THIS WEBSITE.
