Event Details:

Join park rangers on a guided kayaking paddle trip at Aiken State Park on the South Edisto River. We will launch at the canoe/kayak dock and take out at the lower parking area. This kayak trip is not for first time paddlers, as we will navigate currents and obstacles along the river. Prior swift water paddling experience is required and must be demonstrated in order to participate.

All kayaks and safety equipment will be provided. Space is limited, so register today. Wear clothing that can get wet, and footwear that will not fall off when entering/exiting water. Please bring extra clothing, a towel, water bottle, snacks, sunscreen, and bug spray.
