Named after the blackwater Little Pee Dee River, Little Pee Dee State Park offers Camping, Cabins and Day Use facilities. Located in the South Carolina Sandhills, the park contains a portion of a Carolina Bay, a mysterious geological depression unique to the Atlantic Coastal Plain; white sand was left behind when the ancient ocean receded.
