You can view all available nights, up to 12 months ahead, of any unit showing unavailable for your selected dates. Unavailable cabins are shown on the map as gray icons.

Show Available Dates

The description window of any unavailable campsite includes a large green button with "Show Available Dates". Use this button to reveal an interactive calendar that shows every available date for that campsite — allowing you to easily change your dates so you can reserve that favorite cabin.

This will also reset your selected dates so that you can select more than one campsite for the same dates.

Cabin Policies

Reservations may be booked up to 13 months in advance. Minimum reservation window for cabins is 3 days prior to arrival. Reservations requested less than 3 days in advance of check-in must be made directly through the park.

Please note check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Please contact individual parks for late arrival instructions.

• Cabin reservations require a minimum stay of at least two nights. During periods of high demand and select holiday periods, minimum stay requirements may vary. Some parks require weekly cabin rentals during high-demand periods.
• Booking requires a deposit of half of the total reservation cost. The balance is due on the arrival date. Balances not paid upon check-in may be charged to the original form of payment.
• Eligibility-based discounts do not apply to lodging facilities.
• Pets are not allowed in cabins or cabin areas unless cabin is specifically designated "Pet-Friendly" (additional charge and conditions apply). Pets are allowed in most other outdoor areas provided they are kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet or crated. Pets cannot be left unattended in a vehicle or in the cabin area.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all South Carolina State Park facilities including lodges, cabins, and villas.
• Repair and replacement costs incurred for any broken items and/or damages to the facility will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

Cancellation and Transfer Policies

Please review the following cancellation and transfer policies prior to your stay.

• To cancel or transfer a reservation over the phone, the caller must be able to provide the reservation number or the name and phone number on the reservation.
• Reservations are for a specific park and cannot be transferred from one park to another.
• Promotional discounts cannot be transferred at the discounted rate.
• Changing the name on a reservation or attempting to transfer it to a third party is considered a cancellation, and is subject to applicable cancellation fees before rebooking at current rates.
• Checking out early is considered a cancellation of the remaining dates booked.
• Cancellations may be made online, through our Reservations Desk at 866-345-7275, or by calling the park directly.
• Transfers cannot be made online. Please contact our Reservations Desk at 866-345-7275 or call the park directly.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days in advance will incur a $10.00 administration charge per unit.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days in advance will incur an administration charge per unit equal to the cost of the 1st night's stay.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less in advance will forfeit all funds (no refund).
• No-show reservations forfeit all funds, no refund.

Transfer Policy

A transfer is defined as changing the entire dates of a reservation.

• Transfers made 30+ days in advance of the arrival date will incur no charges.
• Transfers made 15-29 days in advance will incur a $20.00 administration charge per unit.
• Transfers made 14 days or less in advance will forfeit the entire deposit.

To ensure fairness, reservations cannot be transferred or changed more than 12 months in advance of the arrival date.

Select Available Nights

To select nights for your reservation, click on an active check-in date for the desired unit. Then select the last night of your stay. Your reservation will be highlighted and your check-out date is indicated on the next date.

Use the Calendar or links to change the date range of the list.

Select Multiple Cabins

Using this view, you can select more than one unit, as well as multiple check-in and check-out dates, on the same reservation. You can also reserve multiple sites for your group to accommodate varying arrivals or departures.

Consecutive Nights Required

You may select any number of cabins and dates as long as your reservation is no longer than 14 nights and all dates are consecutive or overlap.

Reserving cabins with separate date ranges, such as over two different weekends with unreserved dates in between, requires making separate reservations. You can complete one reservation and use the Make Another Reservation button in the confirmation stage to easily make additional reservations.

Rates & Descriptions

The nightly rate for each cabin is displayed by date and individual unit. Note that rates are subject to change based on availability and season.

The quoted rate for each night does not include taxes or the reservation fee.
