See All Available Nights

You can view all available nights, up to 12 months ahead, of any campsite that is showing unavailable for your selected dates. Unavailable campsites are shown on the map as gray icons.

Show Available Dates

The description window of any unavailable campsite includes a large green button with "Show Available Dates". Use this button to reveal an interactive calendar that shows every available date for that campsite — allowing you to easily change your dates so you can reserve that favorite campsite.

This will also reset your selected dates so that you can select more than one campsite for the same dates.

Day Use Policy

Shelters: Picnic shelters or pavilions may be reserved up to 13 months in advance to the date.

Reserved Day Use Parking: Day use parking reservations are limited to one space per vehicle. Reservation holder must be present in vehicle for park entry. Multiple reservations under one name for the same date are not permitted for day use parking spaces.

Reserved Parking reservations are for Day Use only and provide access to the reserved space during park hours. Vehicles must be removed from reserved spaces by park closing. Overnight parking is not permitted.

Reserved Parking reservations must be booked at least 2 days in advance.

• Please note check in for shelters is 10:00 am and check out is 5:00 pm. Later or earlier arrivals can be coordinated with the park. Hours extended during daylight saving time.
• The rate for the rental of a picnic shelter or pavilion does not include admission to the park for guests who will be using the facility. Contact the park for admissions information.
• To cancel or transfer a reservation, the caller must be able to provide either the name or phone number on the reservation or the reservation number.
• Transfers made 15+ days from reservation date will incur no charges. Transfers made 14 days or less from reservation date will forfeit $10.00 per unit plus applicable taxes. (Does not include Contract Rental Facilities.)
• Reserved Day Use Parking transfers made less than 3 days from the reservation date will receive NO refund.
• Cancellations made 15+ days from reservation date will incur no charges; 4-14 days will forfeit $10.00 per unit; 3 days or less - no refund. No show reservations forfeit all funds. (Does not include Contract Rental Facilities. Contract Terms apply.)
• Pets are allowed in most outdoor areas provided they are kept on a leash no greater than 6 feet or crated at all times, Pets cannot be left unattended in a vehicle.
• Reservations are for a specific park and cannot be transferred from one park to another.
• Promotional discounts cannot be transferred at the discounted rate.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all South Carolina State Park facilities including lodges, cabins, and villas.

Select Available Nights

To select nights for your camping reservation, click on an active check-in date for the desired campsite. Then select the last night of your stay. Your reservation will be highlighted and your check-out date is indicated on the next date.

Use the Calendar or links to change the date range of the list.

Select Multiple Campsites

Using this view, you can select more than one campsite, as well as multiple check-in and check-out dates, on the same reservation. This allows you to assemble a longer reservation from more than one campsite - helpful during the busy season. You can also reserve multiple sites for your group to accommodate varying arrivals or departures.

Consecutive Nights Required

You may select any number of campsites and dates as long as your reservation is no longer than 14 nights and all dates are consecutive or overlap.

Reserving campsites with separate date ranges, such as over two different weekends with unreserved dates in between, requires making separate reservations. You can complete one reservation and use the Make Another Reservation button in the confirmation stage to easily make additional reservations.

Rates & Descriptions

The nightly rate for each campsite is displayed by date and individual site. Note that rates are subject to change based on availability and season.

The quoted rate for each night does not include taxes or the reservation fee.
