Day-Use Facility Reservation Policies
Venue Rental Policy
Event venues may be reserved up to 24 months in advance.
A 7-day courtesy hold may be placed on a desired date, subject to a date challenge. To book a venue, a signed contract and deposit of one-half the venue rental fee must be received within those 7 days.
- Venue rentals are subject to the terms of each venue's contract. Please see specific venue contract for more details.
- All events must have a designated Event Coordinator or Planner. Event Coordinator must stay on site throughout event and cleanup for a final walkthrough at the end of the event.
- Event vendors must be licensed and insured.
- Caterers and/or Bar Service, Bands and/or DJs, and Event Coordinators must sign the venue contract a minimum of one month prior to the event.
- All booked clients and event coordinators must attend a final review meeting with park staff no less than two weeks prior to event.
- All music must end by 11pm. Due to local noise ordinance, music will be cut off if it goes past 11pm.
- Please note that Charles Towne Landing is a State Park and is open to the public year-round.
